Student Club Overview
Clubs are an integral part for building a strong and polished personality of a student in his / her University years. IES University, to bring out the latent talents of its students other than academics has a strong tradition of student clubs that attract students from all the disciplines cutting across all courses and programmes.
There is Cultural club that help students dabble into fine arts majorly dance and music- food to the mind and spirit; Literary Club for carving a strong public speaking personality and to bring forth the love for Literature; Sports club for building the sportsmanship spirit in students and many other clubs of which students can be a member of, in order to be part of the cultural landscape of the University.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
The Club Leader is the primary student contact for the student club members. The responsibilities of the Club Leader include:-
- Supervising the process of Club event planning.
- Overseeing all Club meetings.
- Motivating the club members to be actively involved in the activities and events
The responsibilities of the Club Co-ordinator include:-
- Supervisingclub meetings in the absence of the Club Leader
- Taking minutes at every student organization meeting
- Maintaining records of all the events
- Motivating the club members to be actively involved in the club activities and events
- Overseeing the proper execution of all the activities and events in accordance to the plan.
Dedicated and active club members are the essential element in the success of any club.The club member should:-
- Attends meetings and events regularly
- Stand up and make your voice heard; reply to surveys, vote.
- Fulfills the duties of membership, which include encouraging friends or associates to join each year to sustain the club for future generations. Be willing to fulfill responsibilities as well as exercise rights.
- Respects other club members. Give other appreciation andcooperation.
