1. IES College of Technology hosted the IDE boot camp organised by Ministry of Education's Innovation Cell (MIC), Department of School Education and Literacy (DoSEL), the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), jointly with the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) and the National Council of Educational Research and Training (NCERT)on 9th and 10th of April’24. IES welcomed 200+ participants in campus on this occasion.The inaugural ceremony was graced by Er. Manoj Modi, Founder Director, Noble Corrugators Pvt Ltd & Alesco Surgi pharma Private Limited , Er.B.S.Yadav sir, Hon’ble chancellor, IES University , Shri Ankush Prakash Sharma, MIC Officer, AICTE. They shared the importance of innovation and design thinking in this age of technology.
2. IES College of technology, Bhopal celebrated Holi Rangotsav 2024 with all the beloved faculty members at Sehore with live band performances, delicious food , dance , fun games and felicitation Faculty completing 5 years and more were felicitated along with faculties who show versatility in their performances.
3. Our IES College of Technology, Bhopal ’s technocultural fest Inforia 2k24 was a blast with over 800 participants joining in the fun in more than 25 events today including dance , singing , rampwalk, quiz , coding fest , indoor , outdoorsports, Roadies And to cap off the day, we had an electrifying live concert by Mr.Anirudh Saxena, Singer / performer that left everyone on their feet!
4. IES is celebrating the incredible strength of women in IES community throughout the International Women’s day week. All our wonderful female faculty wore Pink, often associated with femininity, goes beyond just that—it symbolizes solidarity, empowerment, and the ongoing fight for gender equality.In IES we embrace the diversity and uniqueness of women around the world.
5. IES College of Technology, Bhopal proudly hosted the 1st International IEEE Conference on "Big Data and Machine Learning ICBDML-2024" on Feb 24th, 2024. The inaugural ceremony was graced by esteemed Chief Guest, Dr. Ashutosh Kumar Singh Sir, Director of IIIT Bhopal, along with Guests of Honour from renowned institutions including Dr. Deepak Singh Tomar sir,MANIT Bhopal, Dr. Vijay Singh Rathore Dr. O. P. Rishi sir, University of Kota, Rajasthan, Dr. Piyush Shukla sir, UIT, RGPV, Dr. Nikhilesh Pathik Sir BIST, Bhopal and Dr. Ashish Singhal Sir.
6. IES College of Technology, Bhopal , Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering in association with ATAL ( AICTE Training and Learning)academy has organised a one week Faculty Development Program on “Technologies, Challenges &Research Directions of 6G wireless communication Systems” from 15th to 20th of jan’24. The FDP started with a grand inauguration today in the presence of Dr. Anupam Sharma, Outstanding Scientist , Director DSP, DRDO and Ms Suman Agarwal, Scientist F, DRDO, Hyderabad.
7. IES College of Technology, Bhopal in association with Higher Education Department, M.P hosted Inter-District collegiate Kho Kho tournament for Male & Female at IES sports complex. Over 210 girls and boys participated from 6 districts of MP including Hoshangabad, Sehore, Betul, Rajgarh, Bhopal & Pipariya. Congratulations to Bhopal team on their victory.
8. IES College of Technology celebrated 75th Republic along with faculty felicitation ceremony at the campus. The flag was hoisted by Er. B.S.Yadav sir, hon’ble chairman and the well deserving faculties were felicitated for R&D, NPTEL certifications, mentorship and many more.
9. IES College of Technology, Bhopal, Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering organized a 10-days Faculty Development Program on Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning from Jan 8th to 18th, 2024 under the scheme of NSDC and in collaboration with CRISP. Ms. Kaushiki Upadhyay, specialist & #trainer from CRISP India, trained IES faculty on the valuable role of AI/ML in the Telecom industry and delved into the intricacies of coding. The program has successfully instilled cutting-edge knowledge into faculty, keeping them updated with the latest trends.
